Beasley Media Group has sold 93.5 W228CJ Detroit to Birach Broadcasting for $450,000. Birach will utilize the translator to rebroadcast

Was playing Mexican music, now will be Birach brokered programming. The $450k sale price seems low, but reflects market realities and Beasley's need to cash, I guess.

Maybe they should sell the 99.1 translator to Pedro Zamora. WDTW's 107.9 translator has trouble reaching the suburbs.

Nope, Identnut meant W228CJ's soon to be former simulcast partner, W256EA in Birmingham. It's more on the northern section of the market covering Utica, Macomb Township and Sterling Heights.
