Audacy is selling the "38 building", we hear.

Some tweets are saying some of their operations are still at sneaker building.The former Entercom is selling off the property which they got in the CBS deal, the "38 building" and I don't know if they would go back to Guest St, go elsewhere, or
sell 83 LB Pkwy but make a deal w new owners to rent there.

Last I heard, they were still renting at Guest Street (though some of it was going to be sublet to another tenant), so maybe it goes full circle?

That i am not sure about. All the back office people movef into 38’building when EEI and AAF moved out of G street. In any event, there should be no shortage of commercial space to rent anywhere around New Balance campus. They got a new building opening every hour or so it seems.
