A couple of days ago All Access reported that Beck and Hannity were being bumped (or forced) off Mocksville's 1520 WDSL, which simulcasts much of Statesville's WSIC. This is supposed to happen by year's end and is apprarently due to "market exclusivity" and a rumor that Clear Channel could have an FM talker in the Triad. Thoughts?

well, they certainly have a number of FM's which are underperforming. Ok...all of them. They've managed to screw up
the formats they have, why not take a shot at screwing up a new one like FM Talk.

the Eye is right. No way they do it.
WDSL should go back to country and gospel. Although as long as WIST is still around I guess there's not as much of a need as there was. And Joy FM is doing gospel.
