Monday 04/18 may be sunny and mild in the Boston area but it will be a bleak day on the radio dial: the Stephanie Miller Show will be supplanted by a Spanish-language play-by-play on WWZN-AM 1510. Boy, I hope they lose. I'll have to listen via stephaniemiller.com.

Personally I think Beisbol en Espanol (even a team I don't like) is more interesting than Stephanie Miller and that's saying something because I don't understand the language.

You gotta admit WWZN is one bizarre station. I still would pick beisbol over Miller.

Sox won. It happens on conservative talk stations too, like on the occasions when the Sox and
Celts are playing at the same time and WRKO gets one or the other, so Howie has to "leave early" on RKO at least "for the VERY exciting Red Sox pregame show". In the immortal words of
Joseph Castiglione, "Can YOU believe it!"

Stephanie announced on her radio program that she and her cohorts will be presenting a live stage show at the Wilbur Theater on Saturday, July 16th. They'll probably fly here after the Friday morning show. The last time she was in Boston, she did her national show from the WXKS-AM 1430 studio in Meffah.
