I missed his show today, but heard from others that he announced that today's show would be his last on SuperSport 930 WSFZ. The website confirms this.

I wasn't a regular listener, but for the most part enjoyed his show whenever I did listen. He's done a great job as the voice of the M-Braves on 103.9, in fact was the 2009 Southern League radio announcer of the year if I am not mistake.

Does anyone know anything about this? Is he leaving the area or going to another station?
 
ben is going to atlanta to do pregame and post game shows for the braves he starts next week

sad to see him go....but what an opportunity
 
He did say he was going to a bigger market, but couldn't say until later where he was going. If he is indeed going to the ATL, I wish him the best.
