Ben Parker leaving RKO

Last night between 11:30 -12 Ben Parker was with Mike Adams on EEI and it was mentioned that he is leaving RKO and Entercom Any one know where he is going?
 
Any move OUT is a move UP !

I heard Ben on Taste of Boston Tonight on RKO. All that I heard was that he was leaving for a bigger station out west.

Really! As in, Howie's affiliate up there. 1280 actually.

They run Doug Stephan, Howie (pic of VB still on their page, but hey, he IS
on once in awhile), Lionel ("Whatever you say, Mr. Bunker"--oops, wrong
Lionel!), Ingraham, Joey Reynolds and I think the Sox.


Howie's page on WRKO used to have a pic of Ben with his ferret.
Sometimes at 7 pm, Howie's show would end with a sound clip (if
Ben was doing the news) of someone saying, "Mr. Parker's a hero."
That was probably from the case of a father from Newton, David
Parker, who was arrested for trespassing at his son's school
after he was ejected for complaining about a "gay agenda". So that's
where that came from, I believe.
