Ben the Bunnyman

Looks like its true, Ben 'The Bunnyman' has passed away. TRGs said they will announce donation info to help his family with expenses. He was a likable guy. RIP Ben.

I can't believe it this is awful, i was just listening to the mp3 yesterday where
he was saying how worried he was about the operation. He will be missed
R.I.P Ben

This is so sad...We will miss you ben... God Speed..

Never really a fan of his so it doesn't really affect me. Still he leaves behind a son and it is going to be a long road for him.

Well gosh, Neil, thanks for letting us in how you felt or didn't feel about this situation. You are a sad little man.

After hearing Ben all week on TRG discussing surgery it is really sad to hear about him passing away. That really is a shame but I do hope things were peaceful for him in the end. Thoughts are with his family and friends.

I'm glad the Regular Guys came back so Ben got to be on the air the last time. What a truly nice guy. He was there when i got booted. They'll be having a tribute to Ben on Tuesday's show.

Perhaps you are not ready yet to have to say good-bye...
Perhaps you had thought of things you wish you had said - well, so have I.
For one thing, I would have told you not to worry about me.
I'm with the Lord in Heaven now - you knew that's where I'd be.
I'm sorry that you're feeling sad, for I'm so happy now...
I've asked the Lord to ease the hurt and comfort you somehow.
It's hard at the beginning, but I know you'll make it through.
I hope it helps to know that I'll be waiting here for you

Benji (aka "Ben The Bunnyman"), Rest in Peace Friend. You will be missed!

I do feel sorry for his Ben's son, Austin who will have to grow up without his dad. I did it, it wasn't fun.

But you don't know his son, so how could you feel sorry for him?

Sad about Ben. He sounded very worried last week. Sounds like the expenses are quite large and a fund will be set up.

Well, this was never about YOU, or how it may or may not affect YOU.

RIP Ben

You never fail to amaze, Neil. What a jerk thing to say.

I caught some of today's tribute. I'm really going to miss Ben's contribution to the show. I couldn't stop laughing while they played an old "Name Nat Nilm." :)

God speed good Ben. You got dealt a harsh hand in life but you never gave up. Others could learn from your persistence.

Very well put.
I knew someone with a cleft lip and pallate, and he committed suicide at 25, due to people kidding him and they way he talked. This was many years's ago in rural Mississippi. But it did not seem to bother Ben. He was a great guy, that many people hopefully learned from. I know he is in Heaven.

I knew someone with a cleft lip and pallate, and it is nothing to laugh at, and it is becomong more common everyday throughout the world. He committed suicide at 25, due to people kidding him and they way he talked. This was many years's ago in rural Mississippi. But it did not seem to bother Ben, and he even laughed at himself, but I know deep down he was in terrific pain. He was a great guy, that many people hopefully learned from. I know he is in Heaven.

I am very sad for Ben's family and for his friends - he did have a lot of them. And I am very sad for Larry, Eric, Tim and SS, because I know even with the blatant use of Ben's defects for comedic purposes - they really liked and respected the guy. :'(

I had never heard of him until this morning (I've lived here less than 3 years) but I'm saddened anyway, especially because of his son. I lost my dad when I was a kid, too...
