Anyone have anything on what's happening in Berkshire County Radio ?
It seems that the VOX stations are going downhill. Their programming is "dull" -and- boring.
It seems the only commercial station bright spot is WBRK. They are still "locally owned"; rather than having all it's money going to alleged "investors" ...
 
I got my start in radio in the Berkshires almost 24 years ago; would love to hear any comments on what's happening up there.
 
Yes happy - we know that WBRK hired a clown and his partner, cast out of Albany in record time. Good luck to you two, and really, it's not a good idea to trash Vox. Ken Barlow is way more connected and respected in radio than you both could ever hope to be. So if this incarnation of your life is what you want to do for some time, don't bite the hand that fed you well.
