Reading more about this it is clear that the Feds VIOLATED the 4th Amendment - by seizing the computers of Bernie Ward and his family.
I don't care about whether it was child or adult porn anymore and I don't care about the controversial soliciting funds issue anymore. Bernie should hold a fund raiser, and fight the feds over the violation of the 4th Amendment.
This was a clear violation of the Constitutional Rights of the Bernie Ward family.
Amendment IV
The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.
