Bert Show: Jeff subbing on the point. (Bravo content)

Jeff Dauler is really great running the show while Bert is out. It's remarkable how seamless the transition is. I met him once and basically called him the 4th banana, but if that's the case he's the best 4th banana in radio anywhere.

I think what he means is "Jeff subbing on the point." .... that's the new AC to be launched soon by Cumulus that Jeff will voicetrack mornings on: The New 100.5 The Point With Jeff Dauler in the Mornings and just the right mix of easy to listen to favorites and the best of today that the whole family can agree upon station. It's fun to listen to and easy to win on The New 100.5 The Point. 100.5 The Point the station voted runner-up for the most music while you listen at work, we're #2 that's why we try harder!

Wow, thanks! Did you know John McCain is President of The United States, Runner-Up? Or as they called it before they changed the constitution after the election of 1800: Vice-President.

Did you know if you google "Fun to listen to and easy to win" it comes up with no hits? All the billions of web pages and that combination of eight words in a row in the English language doesn't exist on a single page.

I should trademark "Fun to listen to and easy to win(tm)" and build an AC consultancy around it. My stations will be known as being "Fun to listen to and easy to win". Every jock in every break and every image liner would contain "Fun to listen to and easy to win". Jock: "Hey give me that phrase that pays." Caller: "100.5 The Point is fun to listen to and easy to win!" For what "All The Hits" is to CHR, "Fun to listen to and easy to win" will be to AC. Or to coin another catch phrase from the past: "Power 99 is #1 for Music and Fun!" Who doesn't want to have fun listening and to be able to win easily?

Which according to Google Translate my Spanish AC stations would be known as "Diversión para escuchar y fácil de ganar". But I don't know how reliable that translation is because when I translate that Spanish back into English it comes out to being "Fun and easy to listen to win", which doesn't make as much sense and likely wouldn't test well in focus groups.

"Dude you got a little something on your nose."

I really have no reason to brown nose Dauler, I'm merely giving due props.
