Bert Show Suing the Runaway Bride?

Jeff Dauler has launched a site and associated effort to block attempts of runaway bride, Jenifer Wilbanks, from profiting from her story.
The URL is http://www.suejennifer.com/ .

I doubt they have a legal leg to stand on but it would be nice to see Wilbank's movie and book deals fall through. She certainly doesn't deserve to profit from her flight. All proceeds should go to charity if anything or to compensate those that searched for her.

Another disgusting story of someone trying to capitalize or there 30 seconds of fame.

Ehh, it's movie-of-the-week quality at best... with Candace Cameron playing the lead.

I was thinking Kellie Martin or Connie Selleca. They're always on those Lifetime movies and such a movie would probably end up there.
______________

I think she should cash in for every dime she can get....she's been the butt of jokes from everyone in Atlanta radio thru Leno, and rightly deserved....but maybe now the joke's on us.....I say Jennifer you take your crazy ass to hollywood and cash in on the lifetime movie of the week.....good luck

Is this really Dauler's idea, or did he rip off Maddox again?

what about that wimp she is marrying?

Maybe they can trot out their pastor again to tell us what good God fearing people they both are! He can tell us all about the fact that she was just a scared little girl. They BOTH make me ill.

Not Connie Selleca...too attractive.

Kellie Martin...I doubt she could capture that "smirking stupified deer in headlights" look that Ms. Wilbanks has down pat.
______________
There's nothing to see here.

Why can't I think of PR stunts this good? :)

Q100 is in the middle of expanding their signal further into Gwinnett and they are calling on Gwinnett people to join them in the fight against Jennifer. Makes perfect sense when the word hits the street, "One of the DJs from Q100 is sueing Jennifer Wilbanks".
______________

Everybody knows that Valarie Bertinelli would make a perfect pitiful, disgusting and sorrowful runaway bride. Hey, Meredith Baxter Birney can play her mother and Fabio can play the fiance'.

I always thought Entertainment Weekly was right on when the Runaway Bride should be played by Jennifer Love-Hewitt and the fiance' be played by Steve Zahn. Perfect Casting.
