Best 4th of July station ?

Wow - I've been listening to Simon today .... I'm hearing stuff I haven't heard in years ... their breaks sound "canned" but the music is great. Who are you listening to today?

I started listening to WTQR this morning...I figured they would have a lot to talk about, considering country music is quite patriotic, for the most part, but it sounded as if the morning show wasn't there...The Wolf's morning show sounded live...listened on the way to a cookout this afternoon, and the same thing...heard a lot of cool stuff between the songs on the wolf too about some summer of freedom. I don't know what it was, but I think I like them a little better.

agreed about TQR - so dry and boring lately. They should be all over the place this weekend.

As for the best 4th station - even though hip hop has been so annoying lately - 102 jamz actually has DJs on mixing live all weekend long. I heard Showdown earlier talking with a caller about the best beer to have with chicken! (haha) Of course the break wore on far too long as usual. Jamz personalities never get that sometimes "less is more" (excuse the CC Language)

Simon sounded good too - lots of music that's perfect for cookouts and stuff.

G105 sounded tight and had lots of new music added so far this weekend. Plus it was perfect timing for Club 105 - which sounded even better than usual. Plus G is live and local every weekend - so it's easier to relate to the listeners out and about.

Which reminds me: How much better is Club 105 than Club 107 on KZL! I know this is chasing a rabbit - but I didn't think that KZL could do that much worse at something like that. I mean if Tripper walked up to you in the club and tried to throw down some game like he talks on air - you know they'd tell him to go on and find his chess club buddies in the corner or something! And DJ Rob vs Coupe Delicious....really? Do I even need to go on?

I've been listening to 94.1 a lot lately. Even over my XM which I always listen to when out truckin'. They seem to have a good music mix lately. Or....it's the same old stuff and I have grown to like it.
