Given the format and time slot, Debi Diaz on KLUV should be the best of the bunch; a Chapman protege.

The best one was Valier Smith, and unfortunately she is no longer at KVIL. I also like Mary Rose at KVIL.

Does anyone know where Yvonne St. John (formerly of K104 and KJMZ) is now? She was great, too.

Did Debi work for Chapman before KLUV? I don't remember that.

Someone that I have taken notice of (and I know she is new to the area)
is Tasha on KZPS. There is just something about her that draws me in as
a listener. She is funny, knowledgible, energetic, and always sounds like
she is having fun.

Other than Debi and Tasha, I can't say I listen to very many Female DJ's.
Most females are part of a 'show' or 'team'. Previous Good DJ's were
Cindy Scull (EAGLE), Maria Miller (Q102) and Pamela Steele (KRRW, ZPS).

Worst of 'Show' or 'Team'

-Kelly (Puke & Kelly Show - Unbearable - Vile!)
-Kellie Raspberry - Ugh!
-Can't remember her name but she was a side kick on the last Eagle morning
show. her voice was really whiney and she was horrible
-The old KZPS morning team had some horrid girl too (I can't remember either
of these shows - tells you how good they were!)
-Not part of a show, but you can't leave her off of a worst list: Shelby
(just realized how good it is that Max Dugen is no longer in town)

Debi has been at KLUV since the early 90's, maybe even late 80's. I don't think she worked for Chapman. Debi appeals to a very broad audience and plus she's a nice person too!

You are correct. In the early 90's she left for the west coast for a few months,but that gig didn't work out and Chuck Hired her back.
