Locally and National..what board ops are the best. For me locally in Los Angeles, the only board ops who make any significant contributions to their shows are Cornelius "Corndog" Edwards and Big Country on 1540 The Ticket and Sporting News Radio. I think they're both great with mixing music and drops. I think Rome's guy Alvin is great with the old sound clips, but I'm not sure how much fredom he's given. Other stations I've heard, The Ticket in Dallas always top notch with production. What do you think?

I think that im ranked right up their with the big boy's but that is just my opinion. But I think the people at Capital Sports Raleigh NC. The NC State games are by far the best sounding music, production, and sound quality wise.<P ID="signature">______________

I'm not positive but I think the Jim Healy in Los Angeles fired all or at least most of his own carts and used many production elements. He's just an all-time great.

Corndog Edwards is awesome. Chris Morales from Tony Bruno's old Extravaganza show was good too, but then Asswood promoted him to be his personal lapdog and he doesn't work the boards anymore.

Patrick Weeble (i think thats his last name) who works at WQXI is great. Not a big "on-air" guy in terms of interacting wit the hosts, but that guy can chop up some sound and must have access to audio of every sporting event ever recorded.

Pretty sure he used to work for that Sports Fan Radio Network that was out of Vegas.
