"The Famous Adventures of Mr. Magoo" (NBC 1964-65) where Magoo's face appears in famous paintings. (Too bad that the show was taken so seriously & the nearsighted-gags were only at the very beginning of the show....I know that the show was an extension of the popular "Mr. Magoo's Christmas Carol"....hey, in-season!)

I'm not sure if we can count The Banana Splits Show from 1968. A live-action filmed opening with some cartoon segments like The Three Musketeers and Arabian Knights (although in the in-between parts, the Banana Splits themselves were in live-action).
