BEST FOR WINTER WEATHER...OR DOES IT MATTER?

SCRADIOJOCKS first ever post is a slam on 92 and pro B-106 hummmmm. me thinks he works for someone :)

I do wonder how WTCB justifies saying the "#1 Listen at Work Station" when Big DM, NOK and COS way outcume TCB. Unless those three stations have a lot of unemployed... which I doubt.

Sadly, from a # standpoint, the stations which didn't have morning shows will get by with it and the ones that did something won't get much, if anything out of it.

I have to say, the two stations I listened to during all this, WLFJ and WORD, did a great job during this...a lot of them never left the station during the week- that shows a lot of dedication and commitment to the listeners.

Interesting. Sense some paranoia here. Based on your history of posts....looks as though you may be a 92 connection. I don't care. I call it as I see it. Tick-Tock

The Charleston stations did a decent job with our winter weather. WTMA extended their Morning Buzz talk show with Richard Todd by two hours to noon, cutting off Neil Boortz. The whole show was basically calls and interviews with callers and local leaders about the storm. However, at noon, Rocky D came on and they barely talked about.

94.3 did a good job early in the morning, but they had to cut it off at 9 due to Glenn Beck. 95-SX actually went off the air due to a frozen transmitter and was off for a little while.
