Best morning show in CT?

Any opinions on which morning show is most entertaining on that ride to work??

With no Sebastian, no Dee Snider, and no Bubba The Love Sponge there aren't any really entertaining ones left. The ones I listen to most are Chaz & AJ on WPLR and Star & Buc Wild on WPHH. Every once in a while I'll listen to Ethan, Neil, & Rob on WRKI. But I don't really like any of them too much.

I used to enjoy Kiss before Ross Brittain left. But, I think i've outgrown Courtney and Steve's humor. But, Craig and company are still pretty entertaining.
 
I really haven't found a morning show that I like. Nothing tickles my fancy. Until the station flipped to Spanish last year I used to enjoy Thom Morgan on WXCT 990. He was quite the character and so were some of his callers. He and this one guy called "MAGS from Southington" would have a battle of wits every morning. The guy used to joke about Morgan being an old goat. He also joked that when the station was off the air because of a blackout, it was more fun listening to dead air then Morgan in Morning. There was another time on the air when Thom made his co-host Kurt spit coffee all over the glass that seperates the Producers Room from the on-air studio. They used that bit in promos for the show. One day Kurt took the day off. Morgan was on the air by himself. Through the security monitor in the studio he sees a strange guy enter the front door of the station and before going to a commercal break Morgan said "Someone call 911". It wasn't anyone up to know good. It was "MAGS". On a side note there was more to "MAGS" than the battle of wits. He used to have some intelligent things to say when he would call up the Charlie Profit afteroon show.

My mornings now are spent flipping between WMRD, WATR, WKND, and WZMX.<P ID="signature">______________

Well the best morning show on the AM dial has to be Mornings with Ray Dunaway and Diane Smith on WTIC 1080. Where you can get all your news, weather, traffic, and sports.

For the FM dial theirs a couple good ones, I mostly listen to the Hot 93.7 Morning Show which gives you local news, weather, traffic, sports, and anything else going on. Their is also a good morning shows on 96.5 TIC, Lite 100.5 which also give you good information.

Easy. WRKI-FM, "The I95 Morning Show with Ethan, Neil & Rob".

While I can't hear ALL of Connecticut (and I do live here), I can hear most of it, and this is the best I've heard.

Again congrats to PD Tim Sheehan and the crew over at I95 for a job well done...

CCC's AM side (Now Beethoven Radio WTMI) carried IMUS in the early 1990s when they were a sports/talk station.<P ID="signature">______________
