The saying goes, don't fix what isn't broken so I'm not certain why he was hired to begin with concerning I95. And IF he is known as a "fixer" he's doing that job in reverse.

Mr. O'Dell has left at least a couple stations due to dubious reasons...kinda the opposite of King Midas...there's a reason he's always on the move...he tends to 'wear out his welcome'...
