Best of Sirius for Lifetime Subscribers

Am I reading this correctly, $4.00 for premium upgrade so I can listen to Stern?

Ok if this is the case, how does the lifetime subscription play into this? Will I have now pay $4.00 to hear Stern?

i'm seeing this cold, but depending on what is offered in the best of xm, i'm on that in a heartbeat.

one thing i wonder about is the online streaming. i wonder when subscribers can get the others streaming audio at no/a discounted charge.

Suspiciously missing from the Best of XM package is MLB. So I guess we have to get the full XM service to get that. I thought the whole idea behind this merger was to get all the programming (minus duplicate and similar channels) from both services. This is bs.

not necisserily.

the plan goes into effect october 6. by that time at most there would be a MONTH of baseball total left to go. the question is, would it be worth it to have a month of games and then basically go dark for 5-6 months? i would think no. i'm not sure if there is a dedicated mlb channel on xm like there is a dedicated nhl channel on xm and dedicated nascar and nfl channels on sirius. if there isn't, it's a good move right now. by the time baseball season rolls around again new radios will be on the market.
