Best Places for AM DXing?

The best place I ever DXed from is Hawaii. You have the entire Pacific open to you. In the early evening it's all North & Central America and as the evening progresses Japan & more of Asia come through. In the early morning hours it's Australia & the South Pacific.
So far that's my favorite DX spot.
 
Agree with Hawaii as a great spot.....in particular, Maui, north shore of Oahu, and windward side of the big island. From personal experience, I'm also partial to the gulf coast barrier islands from Panama City Beach, Florida to Fort Morgan, Alabama as well as northern and western Ontario, Canada.
