What are the best spots, national and local airing in SD and why?

I like the agency spots for Toyota Carlsbad. Some have been funnier than others, but the latest made me laugh out loud. I remember Toyota Carlsbad (a simple but decent jingle) and associate them with a good spot. It works.

Who does the best local in-house or agency production in the market?

I used to love listening to that raspy Barbara Kerr do the California Teachers Association spots (mostly to laugh at how bad she sounds). They stopped using her and typically get a non-CTA voice to do the spots now, probably because someone figured out that she was hurting the cause more than helping with that God aweful chainsaw she calls a voice.
