Best Promotion Director in Providence Market

I figured to ask something new that really doesn't get brought up often on this board...but WHO do you think is the best Promotions Director in the market.


You have BarbiJo for Pro, Sarah Milewski for Score AM/FM, Sheri Ross for Lite Rock, Chris Gardiner for 630 WPRO, Patrick Austin for HOT 106, Jessica for Coast/B101...

just to name a few.

if im not mistaken I thought Michelle was the promotions director for b101/93.3/whjy and whjj not jessica. give credit where credit is due

Excuse me...but I believe that Chris Gardiner is the boss of all the promo people mentioned from the Cit Stations...that makes him the best...lol

Nope...Michele is the Marketing Director for all the CC stations. Jessica does Coast, Rich is Big and HJJ and I think Tim does HJY (or perhaps it's the other way around). They have a bunch of full and part-time people who help out on all the stations. But those are the Promotional Directors. Credit where credit is due...doo.

Okay Miss DJ...take the gloves off.

Worked for 2 1/2 years at CC Providence. She's in charge of the whole dept. (mainly involved in HJY and may still hold the promotions title for that station), but Jessica Schiano is the promo director for Coast.

the gloves are off.. can i ask, did you work in promotions?? if so, how were you treated over there? Hmmmmmmmmm

This is probably another post altogether, but...I worked on the air and can say I was treated very fairly and very well. Of course, worked closely with promotions during that time, but all in all I thought the whole cluster was really forward thinking. The GM instituted an employee driven group that was all about process improvement and rewarding employees for jobs well done. I thought that was fantastic and more companies should do it. I have nothing but positive things to say about CC Providence.
