Best Radio resignation ever

Why, or we enjoy his program with the time change.

We are finding that we are turning off Cianci, he reminds me of many of the patients I knew beginning stages of dementia and or alzeheimers, same thing hour after hour day after day. When he began he was good, but recently, something is not jelling with him.

He has become a bore, like the early morning think I am funny, snickerer

I love her! OMG, that is classic indeed! God bless you, child!

Sheesh, we have one who claims to live in a multimillion dollar neighborhood when she isn't in her rickety old trailer. Of course there are those "love perks" while they pretend to be somebody of import. Inetta can make the millions and that one can have Inetta's $6 an hour.

Come on over, dahlin'! Be young! Be foolish! Be happy! We'll get ya all set up with all kinds of agents...radio, travel, whatever you want. You can be kept, and it will be just like Charlie's Angels with the arrangements and all. ROFL

Really, Inetta deserves better.

What's more is that she had the self-respect to take a stand for herself instead of just saying thank you every time someone threw her a bone, i.e. concert tix, huge projects to make her think she was important to them, letting her run roughshod over the station and the audience, etc.

She will probably do quite well no matter what she does.

Good for her! It's always fun to quit in mid show! One does wonder in her case where the other people in the building were listening to and why someone didn't just come in and shut her off. Loved the announcer drop at the end of her rant!

The best part about that is how she executed the break with proper formatics. Station positioner, morning show tease and on to her resignation. You think if she was about to "quit this b---h", as it were, she would've just come out and done so!! Regardless, funny stuff.

I worked with a guy who resigned from his airshift. He told me that he was going to put "Bye Bye Miss American Pie" on an endless loop cart and then just walk out. At the last second he decided not to do it. I was kind of bummed out that he didn't. It sounded like a funny idea. He ended up just quitting after his shift and walking out anyway. He wouldn't have been that worse off if he had just stuck to his original plan.

I'm surprised you hadn't heard this one...this was out awhile back...that's 92.9, outta mobile...I actually pick them up in my car and they happen to be the only cumulus station that seems to have any fun whatsoever and a pretty big music library. it's a great resignation. of course, not if i was management it wouldn't be

I actually did it hear it a long time ago and just never posted it. Howard Stern played it during his show last week and it jogged my memory. So I thought it would be fun to post. I'm wondering if she ever did get another job in radio.
