Best radio stunts

I think Family Radio's "the world is ending" stunt was the best radio stunt since War Of The Worlds in 1938. Only thing is, back in 1938, people trusted radio a lot more, so they actually believed that Martians were invading a pond in West Windsor, NJ. But even now, people who religiously listen to Family Radio believed the world was ending May 21 and they gave away their life savings to Family Radio.

Any radio station can only wish they had the amount of publicity that Family Radio has at the moment (although it's all negative publicity)

When I think "radio stunt" in New York radio over the last twenty years, that "competition" that got Opie & Anthony fired from WNEW-FM in the summer of 2002 comes to mind - now that is some negative publicity right there...

How about when Fox News Panelist ManCow who then worked at KYLD 107.7 blocked the Bay Bridge during the morning rush hour and Dave Morey and Frank Jordan (Former SF Mayor in 1993), with radio DJ's at the shower
