Best Run Radio Stations?

Which radio company do you think runs the best stations today—iHeartMedia, Audacy, Cumulus Media, or others—and what makes them stand out (programming, talent, digital, branding)? Obviously this is with personal taste but I think iHeart and Cumulus are my least favorite. iHeart has become too corporate and less local. I just prefer their streaming app. With Audacy, they sound more local. Cumulus, in my town, are just lazy and don't offer much. Lazy as in they are not creative with programming and how their stations are run compared to other medium-small markets. But hey, that is my personal opinion. I'd be interested in getting your thoughts. Don't forget to share your favorite and least favorite stations and why!

Carter Broadcast Group, the owner of KPRS Hot 103 Jamz, RNB 106.9/103.3 HD2 and Gospel 1590/106.1. They only have stations in Kansas City, but a lot of their staff has been there since the 80's and 90's. They're really involved in the African American community in Kansas City and the owner Mike Carter is a really nice guy, his son is involved with the business also.
