Hey All,
I currently use ESI JULI sound card for streaming but would be interested in hearing what sound cards you guys use. I might upgrade it. I dont have the money for the Orban sound card but if you can advise on another option not to expensive and have found it better I would be gald to hear it.Thanks

radiowayne notes that when SAM4 one can stream without a sound card.

But, then again, he could be wrong.

radiowayne is usually right or wrong about most things...Radio Bop / Radio Bop 60s / ROOTSofROCK.US uses M-Audio 2496s in 5 of its 6 servers and an M-Audio 192 in the Radio Bop 60s audio processing/streaming server...I have found them to be solid options for the price (most of them came used off eBay). We use the original card in each machine for the cue channel. I would love to use AudioScience cards throughout but $$$ make decisions when cash flow is mostly out.

Not to sound dumb,,, but I have always used my Computers Default Realteck HD audio manager,, puts processing into the stream and comes free with E machince and Gateway Computers... Some say E machines and Gateway are crap. but my E machine has outlasted 3 Dells and one Compac, and one HP.... so there you go... Use whats best for you, not what others say to use... Dont listen to me necisarily either. All I know is to stay away from Creative Audio..... JUNK JUNK JUNK....
