Best stations (to work for) in Tennessee

What are or were some of the best radio stations in Tennessee to work for? Which ones had the most stability, fewest unnecessary changes, or offered the best benefits (or offered benefits at all)? This thread has nothing to do with the on-air product, or even format, of the station. Just which ones were the best to work for, from an employee's point of view?

I';ve worked at several stations across the country, but I enjoyed a brief stint back in the early 90s at WYHY (now WRVW) in Nashville the most. Fun times and good people.
