Best Top 40 Countdown Show?

Maybe off topic of engineering - but you all are radio guys. We use to air American Top 40 with Casey Kasem. I know that show is still on the air - now hosted by Ryan Seacrest. We will soon pick up a new top 40 countdown show but was wondering which is best. I know that's a matter of opinion. Also curious - which Top 40 Countdown Show (or Hot AC) program is the most listened to or most popular these days.

One of the local networks here is playing repeats of Casey Kasem's AT40 from the 70s. It's great listening to it again.
I used to listen occasionally as a kid back then, but I appreciate it so much more now that I'm older.
He narrates a fascinating story about the artists, the history of music and how some songs came about.

I don't know if I would listen to the modern version with Ryan Seacrest - the music today just isn't the same.

United Stations Dick Bartley Classic Countdown,Or Solid Gold Saturday Night. Both are very wel produced and avalable on Satellite or thru FTP.

I think I screwed up on the Name, I think it is Rock and Rolll's greatest Hits

XM used to do that with Rick Dees' Weekly Top 40 and Kasey's AT40. I wish they would leave the original network ads in the shows.

Solid Gold Saturday Night was another of his program incarnations. Rock and Roll's Greatest Hits is correct.
