What are the numbers outside of B & T for Q? I can't believe that
many people still want to listen to 70's rock. Unless you are
drunk (which is probably a big part of their audience), why would
you want to listen to Boston for the umpteenth millionth time? :)

I'm going to have to defend that remark ... unfortunately for me, I don't get to drink hardly anymore ... so I can't say that I'm drunk ... but I like rock and roll from the mid to late 60's and 70's ... those guys really could rock.

It's a shame what's called rock and roll these days. Pop and Hip Hop so dominate what is normally a rock and roll generation and Country continues to adapt (Country has always been influenced by what's popular on the other charts) to continue it's reign on top.

Good solid Rock, is still good solid rock ... The early Boston stuff is great ... the same could be said for Chicago ... CCR is outstanding and never gets old ... The Beatles ... Queen ... Eagles ... The Doobie Brothers ... Fleetwood Mac ... REO Speedwagon ... ZZ Top ... Three Dog Night ... The Rolling Stones ... are just a few of Rock's greatest.

So ... I'm sticking with my old rock music ... call me a dinosaur ... unwilling to change ... I can live with that. It's not that I have no appreciation for new artists ... but they are few and far between.

Uhhh -- what does this say about the Q that they have to have SPORTS to save their asses?

Time for new jocks - ACE, Maddog, Steele - ho hum. They sound like they're talking to people over 40. Yes, that's a classic rock agerange, but come on, it's unusual but fact B&T have been strong as long as they have, but that doesn't mean the jocks spinning tunes can last forever -- shake it up!

And just when it looked like KLU was going to give the Q a run for their money, they whip out Turn the Page and, gulp, FREEBIRD????? That's not how you steal listeners, why would listeners switch from the Q if they're only getting the same tired, stale tunes???
