Beverly Kidd returns to air in Norfolk.

Beverly Kidd, who joined 3TV from Norfolk's WTRK back in the 90's is returning to her old stomping grounds. Kidd who left KTVK in 2011 after getting tired of always telling the sad stories to the viewers on the air, also remarried and wanted to spend time with her family.

Sorry, I fat fingered that. She is returning to WTKR in Norfolk, not WTRK.

Beverly always seemed to have her heart in the stories she presented.
She is missed here in Arizona.

She had just married Morris Callaman when she quit but they divorced about a year later. That probably had something to do with her decision to return home.

Kidd is a great anchor/reporter and I'll miss her. Sorry to hear about her divorce. She was also engaged and broke that off before marrying Mr. Callaman
