One of the best ballads since Mariah Carey's "We Belong Together". It will be going for adds next week on BET.

Dude, what are you talking about? Beyonce is one of the most successful solo R&B artists so far this decade. She has had major success in and out of Destiny's Child, consistantly for the last 8 years or so.
"Irreplaceable" is a great track.
And to call her a "Jojo-wannabe" is a huge insult, I have no idea what you even mean by that.

Yet again still skimming my posts (or you read the word JoJo and clicked quote), I was focusing on the song, not her career. And, yes, it sounds like "Leave (Get Out)", which makes it sound like it wants to be that track. And it's not a great track, being nice, it's ok. The song doesn't match her vocals well and sounds a bit too abrasive and loud, while Mariah (someone mentioned a "We Belong Together" comparison) has a much lighter voice, therefore is stronger in pop/R&B/ballads like these. Which then leads on to why "Crazy In Love" and "Baby Boy" were the huge hits. And the solo wasn't the way to go was focused on the B' Day release, not Dangerously In Love.
