No. Jerry did this on his own. Same sound effects- window opening and wind noise.
Jess Cain did something similar when WHDH radio 850 AM was located on Morrissey Blvd in Dorchester.
Jess used go to an imaginary window, open it and say hello to the kids going to BC High.

Steve Leveille used to have a Biff "Quenhorn" or something like that to do things like read the lottery numbers over a news ticker tape sound effect. I wonder what happened with Steve? He quit updating his website and left Facebook sometime in the past year.
