Big 101.3

For the first time ever, New Bedford has its own classic hits station. Cool 102 has filled the void in the market for a while (and B101 did as well prior to the signal downgrade), but neither station gave New Bedford a ton of attention. Now, the market has a classic hits station to itself.

Yes North East Radio Watch mentioned today that it's the translator for WNBH 1340, which dumped ESPN.
radioinsight: "WNBH will focus on hits of the 70s through 90s with core artists listed as Prince, Madonna, Billy Joel, Michael Jackson, Bon Jovi, Huey Lewis & The News and Janet Jackson."

It's also reportedly on 98.1 WCTK HD2. Will DJ's be live and local, or will it economize by running a national satellite service like "Big 105.3" up here (Methuen/Medford)?

It is not on 98.1 HD2 yet. It is locally produced so far, with no live or voicetracked staff. The few liners that there are sound like they were just thrown together at the last minute. None of Hall’s AM stations stream, so I don’t expect this one will either.
