I heard the price tag was 33 Millions.

These were junk signals that didn't cover DC very well.

And Infinity owns a spanish signal that fully covers the market right?

No. 99.1 doesn't even come close. It's not city grade in Hispanic-heavy areas of Northern Virginia. The Mega signals were much worse though.

DC really needs a full-signaled Hispanic-oriented station if the true market potential is to be realized.

With rumors that 100.3 WBIG could be flipping to FM sports-talk (according to DCRTV), would Clear Channel consider using 100.3 for a Hispanic-targetted format instead?
