Big Change at 101.9 KWID

I monitored KWID after seeing they were #1 25-54 in May. I noticed they made a big change. They no longer run Clear Channel's PRECIOSA service. They changed the name of the station as well. They are now known as LA BUENA.
 
The change took place on July 1st. The music format is essentially the same with a move towards more 80's and 90's classic hits in the mix now; and is all locally programmed now. We feel that we can become even more of a dominant force 25-54 with good local programming for Las Vegas. Alex Lucas continues to do mornings; and El Tapitio continues to do afternoons. Viva La Buena!!
