Big Changes Coming to Statesboro

The Radio Insight article states WPTB 850 is upgrading from 1kw-U; DA-N to 50kw; however, no FCC application is on file so I'm curious when the new owners plans to file for the upgrade. I assume all engineering has been completed and the numbers work.
