Just wanted to know where is the home state of big D and bubba. In other words where do they broadcast live?

Those are two different questions. The show is based in Nashville. It airs live on a lot of east coast and midwest stations. KTPI apparently runs it delayed. There is a Nashville affiliate: WKDF. But the show is not based at that station.
