Here 20-25 miles southwest of Columbia sc, I am picking up a couple of Tallahassee, FL stations.

94.9 WTNT-country
100.7 WFLA-news/talk
101.5 X101.5-modern rock

I am also receiving some Savannah stations as well, but it's normal to receive those during DX conditions for me. I am just excited because this is my first time picking up tallahassee, fun stuff! I'm sure more will pop up tonight.
 
Damn that is the one thing I really miss about SC... I bet all the 2 meter and 440 repeaters are hopping as well on the ham bands... Have fun Neil!!! When we had good temp inversion my Yagi looked like something that you would see at an airport it would go round and round and round... Maybe someday when I am not in the city I will have my dream antenna farm complete with every antenna from DC to Life... CC1
 
Yeah the atmospherics were reall severe this morning. We were just getting eaten alive by WBT and WWKT. I had to log into the station just to be sure we didn't have a failure. We didn't I didn't feel so bad though, because 93.5 and 92.1 were getting clobbered too. The WARQ RDS stopped working along I-20 at Pontiac! Heck, back in the day, there were some mornings you'd be going down Garner's Ferry to Pineview and with the atmospherics, you'd lose WARQ at the McDonalds by the old Wal Mart...
