Hey does anyone know what happend to Big John Bina? I heard him on Cat Country on Saturday mornings. I havent heard him on lately. I did hear a rumor that he is running for some type of political office in Cranston. Anyone know anything?

He still weekends on Cat Country as far as I know. He may even have seniority by now.
He's running for Cranston City Council. A quick Internet search brought up his slogan
"Turn down the noise and use common sense". Kinda fits be it politics or radio,not that there's much difference.
