Big Talker Silences Curtis Wright

The morning host at 93.7/106.3 "The Big Talker FM," who has been known to spark controversy during the three years he has hosted his show, has been let go by the station in a decision that station VP/GM Paul Knight said "had to [be brought] to a logical conclusion today." Knight added that Wright's dismissal was not related to a lawsuit filed against the host and the station by the head of the state's Republican party.

By the way, realizing the significance of the famous Wright Brothers' contribution to aviation in this area of North Carolina, perhaps I should have titled this thread, "Wright Grounded at Big Talker"? ;D
