BIG-TIME Skips Heard In Russellville....

So I'm pulling out of Russellville's finest men's clothing store, and I am having trouble listening to 103.7 The Buzz because some other station is overlapping...

The station was the next adjacent on 103.5, which there is none in Arkansas. They were talking about who the Nationals face tonight and Beltway traffic.

It was WTOP in Washington, DC. Forgive me for being such a geek, but I had to pull into River Valley Radio's studios and get some fellow radio people out in the parking lot to hear this so I could make sure I wasn't dreaming this up.

Then another station began to bleed over... "Big Classic Rock, 98.5 and 103.5"... A Google search shows this station to be a CLASS A 6kw FM out of Ocean City, MD.

I went down to 102.9 FM... KARN was in a news update, and walking all over it was "102.9 MGK..." This would be a classic rocker in Philadelphia....

Down to 99.7 FM... "107-1 and 99-7 FM, The Breeze" WBHX Tuckerton, NJ. 5600 watt CLASS A!!!

98.1 FM was the LEGANDARY WOGL in Philly...

Needless to say a huge day for skips!!

Once again you have employed the "Sandy Sanford" technique of "Don't Lok At My Left Hand" (patent pending). You did this by making one statement and then drawing attention away from it with another... You started off with the most absurd statement, which begs the question

WHAT WERE YOU DOING AT A FINE CLOTHIER?

I will expect full payment for license violations of the patented technique
 
I had to update my threads... Apparently the Strong-Huttig Community College and Hair Care Center is having a big dedication ceremony for the new wing known as the "B.A. Sanford School of Self Promotion" and I wouldn't want to be dressed in anything less than the best for this star-studded gala.

Any truth to the rumor that El Dorado's new town anthem is, "I Feel The Earth Move Under My Feet"??
 
I heard quite a few stations from Arkansas here in the Boston, MA area today. I wonder if anyone out there heard stations from around here?

Here's a couple I heard: 94.9 KYNF, 96.1 KMRX, 97.1 KJMT, 97.5 KQUS, 103.1 KHGG, and 102.9 KARN. I know I saw the RDS signal on KMRX, KQUS, and KARN, letting me ID them very quickly.
 
Amazing... when I was doing Northside football on KHGG we couldn't get it in the stadium, but some guy from Boston has no trouble getting it up there!!!
