Bigby?

For a station that really will have to sound fun, excitting and new on the air in order to work, why would Infinity bring Bigby back to OM WYSP? Its no secret Tom has a horrible track record working with talent and if he is throwing his two cents in every five minutes with Barsky and the rest of the airstaff, moral is going suck.

Bigby is back because no one else in Philly wanted to work with Barsky; amazing how quickly one's scruples or morals are jettisoned due to a nice paycheck, huh.

Perhaps you're right but you know this how?

Re: Bigfoot

When Bigby ran 1210, he put together the worse sounding talk station I have ever heard. Even when the talent was decent, the way he ran the sound of the shows was like something you would expect in market number 595, not a top 10 market.

As to Barsky, another post refers to the Barsky work record. There is something seriously wrong when someone bounces around that much. I only listened to him once, for 30 minutes. Never would again. But some people like him. So what is the problem? His work habits? Inability to get along with co-workers? Putting Barsky at a Bigby run station is going to give Barsky another termination after only 6 months.
