1) SEAN KINGSTON Beautiful Girls -- This song is pretty cool. Has a summer vibe, kinda like Akon's "Lonely" done by Kevin Lyttle.
2) SHOP BOYZ Party Like A Rockstar -- I'm still not feeling it.
3) KAT DELUNA Whine Up (f/Elephant Man) -- Hot record.
4) JORDIN SPARKS This Is My Now -- Am I the only one that thinks this song sounds EXACTLY like Dixie Chicks's "I'm Not Ready to Make Nice"?
5) FERGIE Big Girls Don't Cry (Personal) -- Hot record.
6) AMY WINEHOUSE Rehab -- I don't see much of a hit but I heard it on MTV so it might have been a remix or something.
7) QUIETDRIVE Time After Time -- I actually like this song. Even though this song is nothing original I think it has a good vibe to it.
8) JON MCLAUGHLIN Beautiful Disaster -- Haven't heard it.
9) GYM CLASS HEROES Clothes Off -- Hot record.
10) TIMBALAND The Way I Are (f/Keri Hilson) -- Haven't heard it.
11) DOWN Lean Like A Cholo -- Hot record but I think it's too Rhythmic for a hit.
12) RIHANNA Shut Up And Drive -- Hot record.
13) ELLIOTT YAMIN Wait For You -- Boring.
14) KELLY ROWLAND Like This (f/Eve) -- FIREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE This better do well this record is fire. Beyonce will be pissed when this blazes the charts.
15) NICKELBACK Rockstar -- Terrible.

1) SEAN KINGSTON Beautiful Girls -- Horrendous. The dude's voice is shockingly bad and the sample is completely pointless. On that note, this will go Top 15 or so.
2) SHOP BOYZ Party Like A Rockstar -- They picked a great time of year to release this. It's not great, but the beat and hook are hot. Already in huge rotation in DFW and Austin. I think this will have a run similar to "Get Low."
3) KAT DELUNA Whine Up (f/Elephant Man) -- Yet another summer-friendly song. Top 10, although I hope the stations that play this chop Elephant Man's awful intro.
4) JORDIN SPARKS This Is My Now -- This probably won't do much, but I'll be interested to see how the material from her album fares.
5) FERGIE Big Girls Don't Cry (Personal) -- It's actually a bit boring for me, and I don't want "boring" when I hear Fergie. I want the in-your-face Fergie who spells out words unnecessarily. Having said that, hit.
6) AMY WINEHOUSE Rehab -- An interesting one for sure. Might be a bit too out-there for some stations to pick up on. Personally, I like it. I could see it being a slow burner and peaking inside the Top 25 or even Top 20 or so.
7) QUIETDRIVE Time After Time -- Surprisingly not bad, although the lead singer's voice doesn't thrill me. Top 40 or so.
8) JON MCLAUGHLIN Beautiful Disaster -- Haven't heard it.
9) GYM CLASS HEROES Clothes Off -- Horrendous and stupid. What's with the dumbass reworking of the sample? Flop.
10) TIMBALAND The Way I Are (f/Keri Hilson) -- Hot beat, dumbass lyrics. Won't be as big as "Give It To Me" but will likely do fairly well.
11) DOWN Lean Like A Cholo -- Meh. It's not bad, but I don't see it becoming big.
12) RIHANNA Shut Up And Drive -- Whoa @ those lyrics. It's pretty cool, will do well.
13) ELLIOTT YAMIN Wait For You -- Definitely a smash.
14) KELLY ROWLAND Like This (f/Eve) -- Not happening.
15) NICKELBACK Rockstar -- HORRIBLE. I can tolerate Nickelback in very small doses but this is just trash. One of the worst songs I've heard in the past 12 months. I don't see it being as big as the other 4 CHR singles.
 
Lifehouse-First Time- another really good track. I love this one! Lifehouse is amazing.
Boys Like Girls-The Great Escape- anyone check out this track i've seen them on fuse a lot lately.
Gwen Stefani-4 In The Morning-I am really suprised that Z100 didn't play this one yet. I really like this song.
30 Seconds To Mars-The Kill-Z100 finally played this one. I love them. They're what I wanna hear on CHR. I'm so sick of rap songs.
Ne-Yo-Do You-I wanna hear this one but I haven't yet.
Kanye West-Can't Tell Me Nothing-This one's pretty good.
 
Honestly, I can't believe none of you have heard Jon Mclaughlin's song.. He's incredible. The song is on New Music Server right now and make sure you jump on it. Once he gets to his second single, "Human", he's going to blow up on the scene like Gavin DeGraw. Trust me. We're playing three of his songs right now (College station, so we can) and he is STILL our #1 requests...

4) JORDIN SPARKS This Is My Now -- It'll do good because it's forced to.

5) FERGIE Big Girls Don't Cry (Personal) -- I love it. Love it. Love it. One of the best slow songs of the past year. Good to see her using her actual talent.

6) AMY WINEHOUSE Rehab -- It'll be a cult hit. I like it a lot better than the other song of hers...

7) QUIETDRIVE Time After Time -- Eh, So so.

8) JON MCLAUGHLIN Beautiful Disaster -- Again I say it, brilliant. And not even his best song. Wait till his next single "Human". You'll wish you started playing this...

9) GYM CLASS HEROES Clothes Off -- Hilarious to me for some reason. It'll be another hit. I promise

10) TIMBALAND The Way I Are (f/Keri Hilson) --I agree. Not as big as "Give It to Me" but still decent. It'll float about Top 15-20

11) DOWN Lean Like A Cholo -- Again. Shouldn't even be considered.

12) RIHANNA Shut Up And Drive -- HUGE summer song. This is your summer track right now.

13) ELLIOTT YAMIN Wait For You -- Amazing how we settle for average tracks...

14) KELLY ROWLAND Like This (f/Eve) -- Pass.

15) NICKELBACK Rockstar -- It's so awful it's good. We've been playing it for 6 months now and we still get a lot of requests for it..
 
I pretty much agree with earlier postings except the Kelly Rowland song. Definitely a sleeper hit. Stations that are spinning it are acting like it's the gift to all sins.
