Biggest Holiday gift goes to Mix 92.9

Ratings released for the holidays show the evil forces of hatred of Christmas music as noted by the mostly male posters on here were not reflected in the big score posted by Mix. It is pretty obvious that what we males think about Mix ain't important to anything with the stations success, so I will refrain from allowing anyone on Rosedale Ave. to truly celebrate until Bob and Doug McKenzie's Beer / 12 days is the first song played next season AND Rupert's Pina Colada ballad is the last song played before the beer song flip... :D

You can't argue that it increases the ratings for mix, but where else are the normal mix listeners that don't want Christmas music going to turn for their AC fix!? NOWHERE! They're stuck with Mix, unless they want to hear teeny bop or classic rock. WSIX had MUCH better Christmas music than Mix, but look what it did to their ratings. Why? Because people were able to flock to WSM-FM and KDF. If there was another AC station in town their ratings would've surged for the Holiday season with 929 refugees trying to "escape"

Tibbs, yes Rupart should be the last song before and the first song after Christmas music each year. With a break in the Christmas music, daily at Noon for an "Escape".
And "I like Pina Coladas"

Come on everybody sing along!!!

Well, there's always the Fish. They had billboards all over town promoting all-Christmas music. Most of them are still up!
