Bikers not welcome in Myrtle Beach

"Bikers are not welcome in Myrtle Beach. I repeat, you're not welcome......"

"UNLESS YOU'RE PREPARED TO SAVE HUNDREDS ON A NEW OR USED HARLEY AT HARLEY DAVIDSON OF MYRTLE BEACH!"

I'm serious. The Sun News said radio ads ran asking bikers not to come or saying they weren't welcome.

I'm curious as to what the ads were like.

I do indeed remember hearing these a few weeks ago and remember being very awe-struck and surprised that they actually existed. From what I can recall, it was just a straight-talk commercial that said "Myrtle Beach will not be the home of any bike rallies this year" and may have went to say something about how they wanted people to have fun, be safe, etc. but would not be hosting any rallies. I heard them on the Qantum stations for sure; most of what I listen to is Qantum so I'm not sure what other stations the ads were heard on.
