Andy Holt, who oversaw a pair of Entercom stations in New Orleans was named PD of KOIT today. What's up with Bill Conway, one of the most respected AC programmers in the country?

You can omit the AC. Bill is one of the most respected and talented PROGRAMMERS (period) in the country. I can't imagine even Entercom not realizing that. Surely, he is on to something even better.

You can bet this is about money! He was probably making Bonneville wages and Entercom doesn't pay that well. They choose to invest their resources in that country boondoggle and now the sports station.
