Bill Cunningham on Sundays - WBAP

Well, I just realized last night they replaced Bill Cunningham Sundays 9p-12a with the most boring, absolutely boring, guy I'd ever heard, John Batchelor. I dunno if any else here liked Bill Cunningham, but i thought he was perfect for the Sunday night slot, a good lead-in to the week. This new guy sounds like he ought to be on at 4 a.m. Sunday morning.

I believe they did or are going to take him off WLS Chicago. i did not realize he is coming off WBAP as well. What really stinks is that Matt Drudge was a good program. I agree that other guys is terrible. i don't understand why they took off Bill Cunningham.

Yeah Drudge was pretty dang good, but I liked Bill Cunningham. Can't believe they replaced him, a pretty charismatic outgoing guy, with Ferris Bueller's teacher.

I've heard both on XM, and Mr. Batchelor is just down right boring. He's like listening to grass grow. I'm no fan of Cunningham either, but if I had to choose............................

Batchelor used to have that timeslot on WBAP, first as "Batchelor and Alexander" (as a right/left copy of "Hannity and Colmes") then on his own until ABCRN dropped the show in 2006. Wikipedia has some details: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/John_Batchelor

You think he is boring now, you should have heard him with Alexander!

I'm not a great fan of Cunningham. But if a have to choose to listen to Batchlor, I'd rather listen to NPR while watching paint dry!
