That's a shame. I wonder if his brother Bob is still around? Last I heard he was doing record parties for the older set (circa 1940's big band music, I believe). Bob worked mostly in Rhode Island in his on-air days.

If you find out anything about Bob let me know. I worked with him at WFTL in Fort Lauderdale in the '70's. He was a super nice guy, smooth voice and very unassuming considering the great list of stations he worked for.
Bob told me a funny story. In Florida he worked at WGMA and WFTL as Bob Stacey. WGMA had an event for listeners and without thinking he introduced his daughter Stacy. Everyone was thinking Stacey Stacey?`
