Bill Drake Interview

Thanks for posting that. That was a good read.

BTW, did anyone save any clocks from the format and have them in an electronic form? I've always been curious about the sequence of songs, as well as what constituted the classification of one song or another.

You fossils are what is wrong with radio-- grow young

Right what could age and experience teach? As I tell my daughter who clearly knows it all, I'm 55 what do I know?

A lot of the younger jocks could learn some valuable tips by studying some of the old guys. It's not a matter of age. It's a matter of sounding professional enough to command some respect from your peers and the public.

You gotta be kidding. People can't name more than one jock on a station IF that. XM and Sirius came along because all the new genuises have done such a great job of making radio magic. Get over yourself. Oh I forgot.
