Teri Dozer, wife of the Diamondbacks president Rich Dozer, has filled the post for the past several years. There will be some who feel this further entrenches KTAR as serving the senior audience, and so be it. Heywood, a radio professional for decades, will draw from all ages.

Hate to burst your balloon, but this was reported in the Republic four weeks ago.
And I agree, Karie Dozer's involvement at KTAR as a reporter and anchor predates her marriage. She didn't have the Saturday morning job because of who she's married to.
